Location really close to local bus stops, and much better prices in all compared to old town. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Night bar Modena nearby. Neat queen room, comfortable beds. A great selection of fabulous food for meals😀👍

I recently stayed at a lovely guest house in Dubrovnik for a few nights. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The owner, a friendly lady and her sister, made us feel welcome and gave us helpful advice. The location was great, just a 15-minute walk to the old town, with stunning views along the way. Public transport options were also available nearby. I also appreciated the small fridge, kettle, and disposable cups provided for our use.
Would recommend this hotel.

The stay was very nice; nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect during my 1-day stay. - Liked the good and amazing location very close to 2 great bars, a pizzeria restaurant, and a sandwich/burger takeaway. - Great food in both places and much better prices compared to the old town, the main attractions, and the port. - Free Wi-Fi throughout the property. - the service in general was very welcoming.

During my recent stay at Guest House Ljubica, I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The bathroom and shower were both in great condition, and the friendly owner made me feel welcome. The location was quite convenient, with a 15-minute walk to both the old town and the harbor. Next door, there was a small supermarket and just a short stroll away were two fantastic bars, a pizzeria restaurant, and a sandwich/burger takeaway, all offering delicious food at affordable prices. I had a pleasant budget-friendly experience at the guest house.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city center, making it a great retreat for those looking for relaxation. In addition, it's close to the beach, providing guests with an opportunity to enjoy water activities and soak up the sun. Despite the distance from the city center, the hotel is still close to everything, offering guests convenience and accessibility.
The payment process was a bit confusing and could have been more streamlined for a smooth check-in experience.
